This is my sister-in-law last Halloween when we went out together to take our kids trick or treating. It was done for some September challenges and it WAS a challenge.
1.ribbon- I got knotty and made knots with my ribbon on all four corners with 3 different colors. The lace is under the photo and I painted it black and pink.
2. Sept. technique-masking. I did alot of masking on here and even experimented using stickles as a mask after inking. I did this on the outside border and the spider web. It washed off pretty well in warm water and is still sticky, so that was good.
3.what to do without paper. This was the challenge as I'm such a paper person. First I started off with masking the border, fence and web. Even though I liked it I wasn't sure if I was loving it because it seemed so dull compared to all the sparkle in the photo. I decided to bring in glitter with the frame that I made out of cardboard. That's when I decided to try stickles on the masking. I'm happy with the results.I stamped and chalked the title and finished up with stickles. The black line under Glam, spiders and smaller webs are all stickers. TFL!
