Cookie Monster Happy Birthday

This is a birthday card I made for...believe it or not...my 28 year old BIL. He always eats my cookies when he comes over and the cookie monster theme song cracks him up, so I thought this would be very appropriate! The bite is through the entire front of the card. The black showing through is the inside back page. TFL :)
