*drools* I love your collection! I spend enough time on splitcoast and other sites to have seen them used, but they are not really commonly talked about (enabled) or advertised here. The owner/design team should really get on that. lol.
Thank you for your comments. :) I use them to paint chipboard, flowers, etc. They just bring a little sparkle to you work. To paint, I use a small paint brush, dip it into water and get the top of the H2Os wet. You will have to play with how wet you want it. I like a bit of a "paste" consistency.
