Register Rock -- one of the many Oregon Trail sites we visited in Idaho. Settlers who stopped for the night carved their names and the date into the rock. The oldest one visible on the left is 1882 and the one on the right is 1866. And of course we visited in July 2008, but didn't carve the rock, so I added a cute little sign post propped up by some rocks :)
Text reads: Proof that grafetti is a historic "art"
and apparently it's spelled graffiti, oops. Maybe I'll redo this so that it's spelled right and the text is straight.
