This was also for a Remembrance Day Challenge on Pages in Time.

Pics taken when we visited the Ground Zero site in 2007, I chose to use the copper/brass memorial which spreads along the side of a building opposite the site. It is dedicated to the Firemen and emergency workers.
Journaling reads;
DEDICATED TO, THOSE WHO FELL, AND THOSE WHO CARRY ON;
On that fateful day September 11 2001, the world came toa standstillas we all watched the horror which was happening in one of the World's largest and greatest cities.

Although only 2,993 deaths were recorded authorities estimated 6,000 but were unable to confirm those figures for reasons which I do not wish to print here. These weren't just Americans - this affected the entire World as citizens of over 90 countries were involved. This page is dedicated to all those who fell and for those who carry on quietly within themselves, with memories they will never forget. The New york City Fire Department lost 23 brave men on that day and in total 411 emergency workers.

To them I dedicate this page by sharing the bronze plaques which are directly opposite the Ground Zero site. Lest We Forget...Amen
