I like how you used the "G" for Grandma as well as for Grayson. I really like the addition of the blocks, and how they are scattered on the page. Cute baby boy! :)
Grayson is so adorable! I love your page! I agree with victoria's suggestions about the bright colors, just to make them match more and to make the photo of Grayson stand out. Great work with the blocks! I love it!
That is such a cutie!! I just drool over little babies! I think maybe the blocks are a little too bold with all of that soft blue. Hmmm.. Or maybe if you just added some of those primary colors in more place is the LO. Like you could add some red in the heart somehow and you could make the little journaling block have a border that was one of the primary colors. I really like the way you did the title, it is clever and neat! Is there a way that you can add some more contrast in the papers you used? They are so soft that they tend to all look the same instead of showing that they have different patterns. You know what I mean? I think one of the coolest things about this LO is the placement! I love the way the blocks are kinda tumbling down the page! This really is a great job!
This is a picture my daughter E-mailed me from Virginia of my new Grandson. Usually, all new Mom's believe their child is the most beautiful baby in the world, not in this case, as mentioned in the journaling, she thought he looked like a little alien. Now I can see how Grandparents are thrilled with their Grandchildren, I can hardly wait to hold him which won't be until May for the Christening.
I could probably add some ribbon and/or bows to this but spent so much time making the blocks and didn't want to overdo it. TFL
