This is a sweet little girl named Jasmine that was with her family who was friends with my Sister in-law and was at Myrtle Beach the same time we were!! This is more from the Scrapbook Studio kit...but I did add all the flowers. I couldn't help myself!! The kit came with the dangly balls ribbon and I had seen a LO using this by Gabriellep so I lifted it...hope she doesn't mind!!! Had a dooosy of a time with the title! The first Who's I couldn't get to show up on the PPs. I redid it not once, not twice, not even three times before I settled on this!! TFL
