This is my fist attempt at making a layout on a 12X12 photo. Costco cropped the photo wrong (I wanted Pappa and Livie more to the right with more negative space to the left) but I went with it anyhow. I printed the bicycle and journalling onto transparency and then stamped the border around it (a basic grey stamp).

There is a mistake under then green ribbon with the 3 purple gems on it. I wanted to just have the purple swirly ribbon with the green rickrack layered over it, and then I tried to stamp the date underneath, right on the photo, and it smudged, so I had to put the green ribbon on. That green ribbon annoys the heck out of me but I've decided to just forget about it.


Journalling reads:" Although it had been over 20 years, Pappa hopped on and never looked back... because it's (Just like riding a bike)"
