LOVE this! Love everything about it. So I had to add that elements set to my cart because I too have similar pics, the little ones with notes from friends, and had the record player, telephone something like that and will be scrapping mine. If you were so boy crazy, you should get Cosmos "spin the bottle spinner" for a LO about your boy craziness. I love what you did here though so dont' do it over just to use the spinner. Im sure that you have many more boy things to make another boy crazy LO. Love your journaling-so funny! What a cute pic!
Now this is cool.......from a gal that was in High School in the late 50's I am telling you this is perfect!!!!! I love it....and how clever you are!!!!!
This is fantastic! I'm totally going to steal your idea!! FAVE! Love the school photo of you. Mine never looked that good! School photos have come a longgggg way since you and I were kids!
wow, this is a really great use of that paper. It was fun to look at the embellies because although I was born in 72 I had the same record player in my room, and we had that big heavy phone well into the 80s! You did a great job with the hand made embellies... I remember writing things like that on the backs of photos at the end of the year! Thanks for the walk down memory lane!
LOL..this is so cute....me...I was a tom-boy until I was....geeze...still am! LOL It was me and my bike, my dog, playing in the woods, driving the truck at 9 LOL....
WOW Jeannie!! This is soooo great!! No, it's sooo boss!..no, it's bitchin'!!! I love your list! So you bought that pp just for the record player and the phone?? This is great.. love that photo!
I've wanted to use this Jenni Bowlin pp for ages but couldn't think of a list to put on it. Then I got the Cosmo Cricut pp and saw an old phone like the ones we had back in the 60s and a record player exactly like the one I had in my room where I'd close the door and play records like Runaround Sue or Stand By Me and then today I was thinking how boy crazy I was at 13 (and 14 and 15 and 16......) and thought aha!...an IDEA!!!..Funny how layouts come together. I made the lipstick and the stuff I wrote on the heart was taken from the back of one of my school photos..that's the kind of things we wrote to our friends on those little photos we exchanged. The little chipboard couple is Basic Grey. I stamped it once with black stazon and liked the way they looked so I left it like that. Reddish letters are Thickers Darling and black letters are Creative Imaginations.
