since I know that you know robins I will not suggest robin so how about checking out a Fieldfare, or Townsend's Solitaire in your guide and see if he is either of those.

I am no bird expert, I would just call it a Robin. Of course according to me there are only about 5 types of birds lol! Great shot!

That is so beautiful. It does remind me of a female robin. In my gallery back on page 10 is a picture of a male and female I took last year if you want to compare.

It has all the feathers of a hermit or Eyebrowed thrush, but the size is throwing me off. Beautiful bird whatever it is. Great Shot you really captured it's beauty.
