This is for the Sept Scraplift the Person Before You challenge, and also the negative space challenge.

Color inspiration came from the cover of the current ScrapbookETC issue.

This is one of my back-to-school lo's of my stepson for this year. The background is solid cardstock, red then light blue, then green. I doodled a line border on the light blue with a brown pen. The photo is matted on white cs then blue pp. The tree is pieced...the green is pp, the red is felt, and the owl and trunk are paper. "whooooo" is brown thickers, and the white letters are cs cut with my cricut.
