These pics are from October 2006. The top photo is my Sun Conure, Mina. The bottom is my Collie, Lexie -- she always walks up to the camera until she is this close. I've taken this photo many times over the years, and it always cracks me up.
Challenges:
1. ABC Round 9 - TUVW.
T - Two: We had to use exactly 2 of something - I have 2 pics and 2 'Boo!' stickers.
U - Unexpected: We had to use something that is not a normal scrapbooking item - I used some of Mina's feathers that I'd been saving.
V - Vine: I was inspired by the vine Angelica made for her Admire LO, but I wanted something a little more cartoonish - like these photos - so I made mine out of pipe cleaners.
W - White: Both photos are matted in white.
2. Color - purple, green, and orange.
It's hard to tell in the pic, but the background is a very dark purple - the rest is obvious.
3. Beautiful Flowers.
I did the twist to include felt - the orange floral strip is felt.
4. Use Your Supplies - Week 3: Flowers.
I did the twist to include 5+ flowers. There are 6, plus those made of felt.
I wish I had used more purple on this - I think the green turned out a little overpowering. TFL!
