Great take -- I've never done that with mine. We used to let them fly around the house for exercise, but with the dogs we can't now. Mina can't go more that a couple feet before she crashes anyway, so there's no fear of her getting away - LOL!

Pretty wing! I couldn't bring myself to clip wings... then the smart bird figured out how to lift the door to the cage with his beak one day while it was outside...
