This is Cassie getting ready for her golf lesson to start back in Oct. 06 -- my last LO for that month! Yay! I included her class completion card from the pro and his info from the brochure. Journaling: Cassie's first session of golf lessons at the Libertyville Sports Complex! Thursdays 4-5pm Sept. 28 - Oct. 26
The original inspiration for this LO came from one I saw in the September issue of CK magazine. The blue block has a scalloped strip layered on it out of the same cs. It's hard to see in the pic, but it gives a nice texture. The title is a rub-on.
This is for:
1. ABC Challenge - Round 9 - XYZ.
X - eXtra: I did extra stitching -- 2 rows each on the red pieces and a row on the blue piece. Plus, I sewed on the buttons.
Y - Yellow: The background and a piece of ricrack are yellow.
Z - Zigzag: The yellow and blue ricrack.
2. Ribbon Challenge.
We had to use 2 DIFFERENT types of ricrack - different color, size, etc, and one piece had to be flat to the page. I used blue and yellow with both being flat to the page.
