I would always rather be scrapping instead of whatever it is I have to be doing...work, cleaning, running errands, etc...Great LO! Love the use of the antique dictionary and the smaller picts at the bottom!
YAY for this LO!!! I recently bought these papers for myself, and I've been looking for some inspiration to use it, and I think I just stumbled upon it!! Keep up the great work!! And congrats on having the LO of the day!! I saw it on Facebook!!
Wouldn't we all rather be scrapping?! I mean, right now? I'm surfing the gallery from work. Shhhh... :P I love the scrap subject - very original. And your choice of pics is awesome. Fabulous work!
This is definitely one of my favorites!! I love the creativity you poured into this. If you only have time for one layout, might as well make it a doozie! Great job!!
Oh how I love this lo! I remember the days when I'd rather do anything but study. People suddenly only remember 2 things about you: the top of your head, or your eyes peeking over the top of your school books. Great design, love the hand-stitching and pps, and the colors are great! The tape measure ribbon and buttons are cute! Love the school definition. Fantastic job, to my faves!
I agree; clever idea. I may do this as am into home improvement and Christmas prep (already). Good to see you about Sarah Liz. Hope school goes well. Yeah for you!!
Yeah...school can definitely but a halt to scrapping...but unfortunately so does work! BLAH!!! This is a FAB layout. Love the papers...so perfect for your subject..and the photos are awesome. Very cool layout!!
Amazing!! I love all the colors and papers you used here. Awesome use of The Boyfriend "school" themed papers on this layout--perfect! Love the smaller pics at the bottom. Just fabulous!
Oh Sarah!!! this is just awesome !!! I don't balme you one little bit!!! Scrappin' sounds like way more fun!! But your education will pay off in the long run!!! Super work!!!
"9-15-09...Ok, so it's not that I don't like school..and yeah, education is important and all that....but to be perfectly honest with you...I'd rather be scrapping"
Ever since I started school I've had hardly any time to scrap so I just thought I'd do a page about how I'd (much) rather be scrapping! All the pp's I used are from CC's "the Boyfriend" line. The record sticker came from the "Girl Friday" collection. I did the title using rub ons and Thickers. The tape measure ribbon and buttons came from our stash. I tore out the word "school" from an antique dictionary. Did a little handstitching, too. That's all for this one.
