This is the 2006 All Saints' Day Pageant at dd's school. She was St. Nina. I sewed her costume, and my husband made the cross. Her speech is printed out on the journaling block, and tucked under it is a copy of the picture of her saint that we used as a model for the costume. I sanded the edges of the photos.
This is for the ABC Challenge Round 10 - ABC. We had to come up with our own ABC's this week, and were challenged to come up with both a 'scrappy' and a 'non-scrappy' set. Mine are:
Scrappy: A - Alpha stickers ('St. Nina'); B - Basic Grey (all the pp's, alpha stickers, and embellies are BG); C - Cardstock (the copy of the St. Nina illustration is printed on white cardstock).
Non-scrappy: A - All Saints' Day (both the subject of the LO and written on the yellow tag); B - Blue; C - Cassie or Costume. I also have Corners and Computer journaling, but I couldn't figure out if those were 'scrappy' or 'non-scrappy'! LOL!
This also is for the VLB Challenge to use a tag -- there is a teeny one on the edge of the pic of St. Nina.
