Halloween photo of me at almost 3 years old. This photo was taken by my dad at Ft. Riley, Kansas (he was stationed there)in 1950. If you look closely you can see my mom ( age 27) through the screen door. My mom sewed the black edge to a dress to make the costume. When I look at this picture I can almost hear that old screen door slam!! I feel lucky to have this picture.I think the negative strip fits well with the black & white photos! Hidden journaling behind tag "Witchy Me" held together with mini paper clip.
I used kraft pp, edged pp is Pink Paislee, Negative Strip-Creative Imaginations,dyed the tag with coffee-added witchy me (Spellbound & Little Yellow Bicycle),(added a witch hat edged in gold leaf) mini paper clip-Tim Holtz, small tag-Rusty Pickle, at almost-"Spellbound" Making Memories,3-Thickers,stick pins-Fancy Pants,I made the Halloween bingo card using Maya road-added Halloween with Close To My Heart stamps (then distressed it),made my own flowers (Slice) added lots of Stickles,fabric among flowers has lots of sparkle, added the fence (used frayed burlap ink) & the felt crow over a ribbon from Michaels, 1950-Me & My Big Ideas)
