I just know that years after my kids are out of the house, it will be pages like this in my albums that will make me smile and that I will treasure most. Here's the story behind the page! Carmen has been such a stinker lately with such a smart mouth and a defiant attitude. We've warned her and warned her, and finally decided to spank her the other night for her actions. Before and after the spanking, we always explain why she's getting it and that we want her to be a good girl and then give her a hugging and holding session afterwards. About a half hour later, Carmen handed me this note that she had made for my hubby and I. It said "Dear Mom and Dad: I love you very much for all you do for me. Thank you so much for spanking me. Love, Carmen." Yes, I cried...and I wanted to scrap it, so I cut out all her words and made this page. Just when you think she's a huge stinker, she does something like this.... Alicia
