First layout featuring the famous landmark. As soon as I had seen this grograin ribbon I knew I wanted to make this page. The picture on the left page is actually from an old calendar and the pic was taken around 1950 I think. It took probably about an hour and a half to pleat and sew the ribbon to the page. The hardest parts were trying not to mangle the paper too much, and then making sure I didn't put the holes too close together when I was sewing the ribbon down - didn't want it to rib away from the cardstock.
I didn't put too much else on these pages because I wanted to keep them simple and let the pictures be the stars.
