WOW! This must have taken forever!!! so much work here! Love the punch (one of my favorites too) and all the glitter! The flowers are awesome and the little butterfly is cute as ever! And your daughter is sooo pretty too!
Love your LO, gorgeous flowers...some help with that punch, even new if the paper is thin it doesn't punch too well, what is recommended is putting it through the punch with some cardstock, try it, I didnt think it would work but it does...let me know how you get on...
Absolutely gorgeous! I know about that white sparkly paper...I have some too and while it is beautiful it is very thick and not to cooperative when it comes to fancying it up!
Love this girly page!! I have 3 dd's, none of them were/are girly at all! So I've never been able to do a "girly" page on any of them. Our youngest was such a tom boy when she was little that I wa able to do a couple "boy'ish" pages!
Sherry..this is beautiful. I love the painted doily and the arrangement of flowers under the photo. What a darling girl you have. I know what you mean about having to change things up I have no boys but have been doing some layouts for a friend and I do better if I can switch styles and subjects. You do girly good!...but your boy pages are terrific too.
Ooooo so pretty, love the color of the doily, folk art paint is pretty. I have metallic champagne color and it too shines on its own and is very pretty. The butterflys and dragonflys are awesome.
This is my daughter Ashley, while still in High School. She is now 23. In this picture its difficult to tell, but the white around the border and the border around the picture, and word phrase, is a very thick white sparkly paper.. You almost can't call it paper because I tried to punch a border into it and I couldn't even get the punch to go through. It was a brand new punch so it wasn't dull. Anyway, I just love how in ever direction you look you can see the sparkle! This type of layout is my fave, all girly, pinks, purples and sparkly! I'm more comfortable doing the girly ones and thats why I've struggled with my son's male layouts. But I'm getting there. Just needed to do a pretty one lol. I have so many layouts and albums I need to do so i have to switch it up once in awhile, so I don't get tired of doing one type of layout. The large 12 in doily was painted with FolkArt Acrylic Paint color number 652 Metallic Rose (a very pretty color I might add because its not a flat color has its own shine) Some flowers are Bazzillbasics, Others where bought at Michael's. Smaller butterflies I bought from Ebay. Crystal Swirls are from Zva. Stamped birds are from Inkadinkado.
Thanks to those of you who have taken the time to read this.. and who have looked at my layout. Very sincerely appreciated. Thanks Sherry
