Wow, this is so beautiful in every way. It's just exquisite. It's so masculine and touching at the same time. Love the title work. I am deeply sorry for your loss. Hugs to you.
What a wonderful tribute to your son...hopefully this process was cathartic for you. Hugs to you and thank you for sharing this personal side of yourself.
Beautiful LO and a beautiful photo. I am so sorry for your loss and that Brock won't have his Uncle around as he grows up! At least you can show him this LO & tell him what a special bond they had. God Bless
Such a beautiful LO!! :) I love this photo - like you said, sure doesn't look like they're at a party. Looks like they're all alone spending time together, just the two of them :) I am so very sorry for your loss - {{{HUGS}}}

My condolences on your loss. Even before reading your comments, I thought this was an amazing layout. You captured the spirit of the picture and your son wonderfully!

I am so happy to see your beautiful work again. This page must have been very hard for you to do, but you can see all the love in every beautiful detail. I am truly sorry for your loss.
I'm so very sad and sorry for the loss of your beautiful boy. I lost my dad this summer and I have that daily heartache that I know you're going through too. This is a wonderful lo and what a fantastic photo to have - a real treasure - both the lo and the memory.
Just the two of them alone... that's what I thought before I read your description. I am so terribly sorry for your loss. I too lost a son about 18 months ago, from kidney failure. I have done 3 los of him, the last one was "I'm kind of a BIG DEAL." I too enjoyed working with the pics, it brought back good memories. Again, beautiful lo. ;)
I can see that you put your heart in this beautiful LO! and my heart is aching along with you... let God never leave you, so you could feel Him near you all the time... thinking and praying for you often. Thank you for shearing with us this gorgeous page and photo!
Oh my goodness, what a beautiful and heartfelt page... I am truly sorry to hear of the death of your son, I can not even imagine the terrible pain you must feel. I am always available if you want to chat online, anytime. The tan, red and black are beautiful choices for this..
I'm so happy to see this! I'm sure it was difficult but you did a beautiful job of capturing such a special moment. Jared has begun going through his scrapbook when he's here and I'm sure Brock will appreciate this more and more as time goes by. It's what scrappin' is all about...preserving memories. This is a gorgeous lo. I'm sure even your grandmother would think it was worth every penny!!! Pat
This is just stunning!! Such a touching lo you will treasure forever, remember that he will always be in your heart!! Hopefully, this wonderful lo will help to heal the pain and you can pull it out and look at him whenever you need too!! Hugs
such a beautifully touching lo. hopefully working on this lo gave you comfort in knowing you were preserving for future generations the special bond between your son and his nephew.
I can tell your heart is in this LO-I can feel the love and see all the work you did on this LO-from the blurred edges of the photo to all the details, the hearts, the layering, the clock, the cardboard showing thru with the butterfly is just perfect---I am so sorry for your loss. A beautiful tribute to your son--your friend Jennifer
What a beautiful LO! and a wonderful memory of your son. WOW, that must have been the hardest page to do. My thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family!
This lo was bittersweet for me to do. It is the last photo I took of my son, who died this summer as the result of a motorcyle accident. This pic was taken about 1 month before he died. He adored his nephew who he is playing with here. This was at a Brock's birthday party and there were about 50 people there. By the photo, you would never know it. To me, it looks like they are the only two in the world. I love this pic and AM SO GLAD I took it. This is one of the things I miss the very most, them playing together. Thanks for taking a peek!
