I gave up on trying to get all my birdhouses in one photo without moving them, and put the two from the other set of cabinets around the corner on top of the fridge. My dad made all these bird houses except for the yellow one, and these aren't even all the styles he's made. They are all meant for actual use outside, but I keep mine in the kitchen as decoration. Actually the most beautiful pieces that he makes are these HUGE feeders in the shape of a gazebo with individually cut shingles, lattice, the works. He's very talented. The yellow one was given to me by a friend from the tennis team -- she bought it bare wood and then painted it and did the mosaic on the front. The bird cage is something I bought years ago.
