I used:
buttons in the right hand top corner
beads: center of flowers
twine: hold the beads on the flower, plus in large button
tickets: used for the scallop border and the title, I used approx 9 tickets
felt: bottom layer of two flowers
burlap: bottom layer of two flowers
ribbon: border
paper bag: cut lengthwise and added under green paper as the border
