Black CS, Star Stamped with White Opaque Staz On Ink, Green Dotted DP from Target Store…fyi (12 sheets of Halloween paper 12×12 for $1 buck! Yeah! call that a DEAL!) for the buckle I used the smallest Nesti Label and punched it in black. I applied Starry Night Stickels all over it and added pop dots. Added candy delights inside and made holes with my Crocodile puncher, thread some satin Purple ribbon and all done!
