For this one I matted a $1 store sticker on a scalloped circle and added a couple of rub-ons. The celebrate! on the bottom is a fabric sticker from JoAnn's, and so it the ribbon. I also doodled with a white gel pen around the bg and the circle. I used a scallop-dot border punch on the bottom edge. The little flower on the bow is a button from Michaels.
