The sun was so bright today - sorry about all the shadows, I couldn't get a good photo of the LO.

This is Cassie's Santa visit December 23, 2006.

1. Weekly Old Pagemaps #9 - Week 1. I had to do some tweaking to fit my vertical 5x7.

2. ABC Challenge Round 10 - NOPQ.
N - New: I used my new Martha Stewart Double Loops Punch Around the Page set for the first time.
O - Old: The Santa embellie is one that's been in my stash for years. I think it's Jolee, but I don't have the packaging anymore.
P - Pair: I have 2 of the same red flower with gold star centers. I also paired up the two small vertical photos in a double mat.

The twist this week -- Quilling. I quilled 2 flowers and have 5 different shapes: tight rolls (flower centers), teardrops (right quilled flower), diamonds (left quilled flower), an attempt at swirled diamonds (leaves), and s scrolls (flower accents).

All the non-quilled flowers are Prima. The three decorated ones came that way, brads included. I sprayed all the solid ones with Iridescent Gold Glimmer Mist and used some of the Jolee accents as centers. I doodled stitches in gold pen around the border.
