So, my mom's birthday is quickly approaching....and I wanted to make her something really special....So, as I am the middle daughter of 3 girls...I am making her a scrapbook page of each of us girls when we were babies! This layout is a photo of me...about 2 1/2 months old according to the back of the photo that I found. I can safely display this page here, because although she has internet access...she NEVER goes on-line! this layout was inspired by another one of Suepup's sketches... particularly a sketch she uploaded back on January 30, 2009 that she titled "Sketch E" ...Her sketches are some of the most inspirational sketches I have discovered!...so thanx once again Suepup for the inspiration! This was done with my Swirlydoo's September Bejeweled Kit....tons of Prima goodness....the round chipboard circle and frame are from CTMH, the bird was copied from a bird book I have, I used a black Sharpie marker on the shipboard flourishes...some from CTMH and some from Technique Tuesday ....made small stitches to hold them in place.... the butterflies are from K & Co. Elizabeth Brownd (embossed stickers), I added dimensional dots to the flourishes using Polymark - Black Dimensional Fabric paint, layered transparencies over and under photo are from M - Nocturned Transparency frames. TFL everyone.....this is the 2nd of 3 layouts....and I only have until this up-coming Tuesday night to get #3 done! Ugh! A special thank you goes out to my mother-in-law, Shirley, who is in town visiting, and by keeping track of my 2 barnacles, oh, excuse me, children...has allowed me to get as much of this project done as I have! Thank you!!! Oh, I almost forgot, used a beautiful new paper from BoBunny along with my Swirlydoos kit ... Snowy Serenade Prelude Diecut!
