SHCG: so sorry for the laste response somehow my earlier feedback didn't show up. the good news is my feedback was "THIS IS FANTASTIC". Don't change a thing. LUV the purples and pattern paper. Photo is darling.
SHCG: Super cute picture! I like the lace ribbon and the color combination. As cute as the flower embellie on the LL of the photo is, I think another black flourish would be a better choice to balance out the on at the top of the photo.
SCHC: This is a beautiful page...that picture could not be any more adorable. I love the lace and the purple. I do agree with the other comments about softening the black title. Truly a very beautiful page.
SHCG: This is an adorable photo. The black title really takes away from the photo, in my opinion. Maybe distressing in black around the photo or adding black embellies along the left side of the photo would help balance it a bit. The "love you forever" gets a bit lost but it could be due to the photo of the LO. I love the ribbon running across the page.
SHCG: This is an adorable shot, and I like the contrast between your color combo and the sepia photo. The lace and flourish are nice elements, too. My only suggestion is to soften the black font somehow, maybe with pink edging, a shadow in a lighter color, or some light colored dots doodled onto each letter. That embelly in the photo's bottom left corner is really cute. Very sweet page, Amanda.
shcg: this is very pretty Amanda! great use of sepia for the photo, it goes wonderfully with the colors you chose. The black seems a bit harsh for the title/flourish...I'd probably tone it down some (maybe a different shade of purple, or even green?). Love the font. Great page!
SHCG - Agree, what a priceless photo & a great scrap subject! Love the garden-y feel you created w/ the colors, floral pp, lace & sepia-toned pic. I like the title & swirl but black is such a high contrast to the rest of the page for me. If you kept those black, I could definitely see inking or matting the pic in black to give the excellent pic as much added focus as the title. Or, I could visualize the title/swirl in a deep violet/green/brown, to make the contrast softer. I would also like to see DD's name & the date somewhere for future viewers, even if on the back, just so long that it's captured somewhere. Overall, beautiful LO, Amanda, wonderful scrapping on this!
