I used to keep all of my bills in a little cubby on my desk. It was a disorganized mess, and I had to go through the entire stack to find the bill that I needed to pay that day. Back in early October, I finally had enough and made a binder to keep all of my bills in. There is a page for each day of the month with a pocket to put the bills that need to be paid that day in. It will also has pockets for envelopes, stamps and a calculator. It's no fun paying the bills, but at least I'll feel better about it if I keep them in something pretty! LOL :)
