This is me at about 10 months in 1978! ;) The yellow retro high chair and that wooden background, is sooooo 1970's ;)
To create the layout I misted a piece of cardstock in different mist colours. (I wanted a cool retro 70's effect). But before I misted I placed some punched out circles on top to create a circle masked effect. I then cut out the diamonds on the sassafras 'super stack paper' and cut them in half. I misted them sperately. (I misted some cut diamonds in red for a stronger, visual). After they dried I stuck them down, creating a sunburst type of effect. I matted the photo and stuck it down in the centre. I then brought some glass mosaic titles and stuck them along my sunburst paper. I then stuck tiny little pieces of PP on top. I then just emblished my photo with ribbon, lace, a charm, a title and photo corner etc.
