I was just crazy about the papers and goodies in the December 'Limited Edition' kit from MY CREATIVE SCRAPBOOK!!....talk about beautiful papers for winter l/o's!......Included in the kit there was so many blooms and among them these gorgeous fabric blooms by Prima. I had used them up on 2 other l/o's I made so I tried making my own for this page! I used the real bloom as a template and twisted some twill ribbon, I made a 'quilled rose' from cardstock (see tutorial at My Creative Scrapbook) and added some pearls. I was pretty happy with the way it came out!

This is a picture my DH took of me and my Mocha a few weeks ago ....she really is my shadow, she's rarely ever more than a few feet away from me!
