Photo was taken last year at a local pumpkin patch. It wasn't a very good shot until I changed the tone to sepia. PP is all Wild Asparagus, eyelets and brads are MM. Jute string is from Walmart. Journaling reads..."When I was a kid, I didn’t like telling people I was from Nebraska. I wanted to live in a really big city, maybe near the ocean. Or the Mountains. Anywhere else. Then I got a little older. I started to notice how in the fall, the light in the sky seemed a little more golden. I noticed how the fields turn a deep amber color, in perfect contrast to the wedge blue sky. Nebraska in the fall is a beautiful place. No, it’s not like living near mountains, nor like hearing the surf or walking down a bustling urban street. It’s Nebraska. And every year when fall comes around, I see why they call it “The Good Life.” JH, ‘06"
