My dh and I, about a year ago.
The white roses and chain were a rak from my friend, Mandy. I believe you can find them in her Etsy shop: http://www.craftysprinkles.etsy.com/
The heart/barbed wire/dh's name are my copy of the tattoo on my back. It's not exact, because of course I can't see my back! lol. I used the outline of a grungeboard heart to trace the heart onto a transparency, cut it out, and painted it red with acrylic paint. The barbed wire is doodled. His name was done by cutting the letters out with my Slice, then placing the cardstock with the letter cutouts over the heart, and reverse masking it with black ink. The title was done with Heidi Swapp ghost letters that I painted red.
