My Retooled Wall Shelf

Garage sale find - a towel rack that was white and gold. I spray painted black and now it's the perfect holder for mini albums and cutsie garage sale finds on the shelves. Total price - 75 cents for the rack plus the cost of the paint........whoop whoop deal!!
