This is great! I really feel the fun that they enjoyed in this moment. What a fantastic memory to capture. And great work with the new toy, the words look awesome!
Yahoo! Gypsy! Lucky girl~ I particularly like the sweetness of this page. How fantastic that your sister has a warm, loving bond with your dds. It means they have another caring adult in their lives...what a blessing. I like the eyelets and threaded ribbon. Cute candid photos, Cindy.
This is the first layout I made with my new Gypsy! I welded the letters, something I could previously not do, being a Mac user and unable to use Design Studio. How fun is this machine??!! This layout was commemorating my sister and her zany ways with everyone, but on this day with my daughter Allie. We were out to lunch and my daughter Katie went to the bathroom. Teri ("Aunt T") told Allie to pretend that they were talking about Katie when she came back, but to "...be casual!" She then illustrated how to do this by whistling and looking offhandedly at the ceiling! Allie thought this was hysterical and I had many pictures of her trying not to laugh. It was such a cute moment (one of many my girls share with her) that I wanted to scrap it.
I think I might remove the paperclip and do some swirl stitching in bright pink where the paper clip is and above the "..." Thoughts?
