This is Cassie's portrait for Accelerated Tap for the '08-09 dance year. They danced to this song from Ratatouille. I've already scrapped her Ballet and Jazz portraits from this year -- 1 more to go - Combo. I'm doing them all on a white bg and trying to match the style to the costume. I was going for a formal, but fun feel for this one. The jazz portrait has an urban, but still girly, feel. The ballet portrait for Giselle is floral and bling-y. This is based on the Pagemap for Week 4 of Weekly Old Pagemaps #10 although I didn't finish it by the deadline for the challenge.

I made the tuxedo ruffles by shirring bias tape and the bow tie out of grosgrain and satin ribbons. The title blocks were punched with a Creative Memories Bubble Maker and mounted on foam tape.

This is for the January Color Challenge - Snow, Snow, Snow. The LO has to be at least 50% white.
