I used the Threading Water punch to punch the front edge. Then, I distressed the edges and middle of the card with Distress Ink. Next, I attached two ribbons and two heart brads. After that, I printed out "thanks" backwards, cut it out, distressed it with ink, and cut out the part for behind the word. Lastly, I attached the "thanks" with some foam sticky dots.
