I really liked the other pictures I took of my daughter Lindsey in front of the Christmas tree, so I decided to print them out in smaller sizes so I could fit them on one page. The journaling talks about one of the major challenges that Lindsey has overcome this year. She plays soccer in college and had a severe knee injury during one of the games early in their season. While it was heartbreaking to watch her struggle with surgery and her initial rehabilitation and to see her disappointment at not being able to play in Nationals with the rest of her team, I was incredibly proud and awed to witness her determination and the positive outlook she has been keeping throughout her recovery.
The letters where plain chipboard that I got on sale from Archiver's for a dollar. I glimmer misted them and then added clear glitter to the top. I used pop dots to adhere them and give them more dimension.
