This past summer (2009) my family (including my MIL) went to Europe. Here, she and I are on the "Viking Splash" tour". We rode a WWII amphibious vehicle around downtown Dublin. The tour guide encouraged us to shout out "Aaaargh!" at the pedestrians, which was funny, but not as funny as these pictures!

She and I put on our Viking helmets and tried to look fierce, but only one of us accomplished it! After we saw the pictures, we shared a good belly laugh and this page immediately sprung to my mind!

I distressed it like crazy; tearing, distressing edges, crumpling and even putting it on the floor and walking on it! I wanted this to look like a page that the Vikings had gotten a hold of!
