This LO is for this months Sassy Blinging Babes (SBB) January Book Of Me (BOM) Challenge!

I've always wanted to do this particular type of LO, but just as suspected I also figured it would take some time. Talk about information overload. One topic alone, had me pages from where I started!

Anyways, on that note, for all the extra information, I went ahead and created an envelope (on the back) for all the extra printed copies & topics! (World Events, Toys & Games, Pop Culture, etc.)

Overall & in the end, this project was very educational (& fun!)

* Richard Nixon becomes the first US president forced to resign after the Watergate Scandal
(U.S.)

* President Gerald Ford gives unconditional pardon to Richard Nixon (U.S.)

* Sears Tower in Chicago becomes the worlds tallest building (U.S.)

* Smallpox Epidemic in India causes the deaths of between 10,000 and 20,000 people (India)

* In response to the energy crisis, daylight saving time commences nearly four months early in the United States. (U.S.)

* The largest series of tornadoes in history, hits 13 U.S. states and one Canadian province. By the time the last of 148 tornadoes hit early the following morning, 315 died and over 5,000 were injured. (U.S & Canada)

* Cyclone Tracy strikes on 25th December almost completely destroys Darwin, Australia (Australia)
