This is a photo of my husband (then fiance) and I having a picnic the dining room of our new home on the day we signed our closing papers. Journaling reads: Eric & I were so excited about our new house, we took a picnic & ate dinner in the dining room floor after the closing. Time to enjoy the house before beginning all the work ahead!
