Thanks guys! I have to confess I didn't really do any stitching. I didn't have black thread, so I drew the stitches. I was afraid it would look tacky, but it turned out ok. TFL!

This is so adrable. Wonderfully cute pics! I enjoyed reading your description- Your right it would make for great journaling w/ the lo!! Also the writing on the strips is beautiful.

For Feburary sketch challenge

For my dd's album. DD in her witch costume for her 2nd halloween. The costume was a little snug, but she loved it anyways and wore it to her Nanny's house the entire day after halloween. She wanted to wear it again the next day, but I was able to convince her to wear it after she comes home from daycare. She put it on after daycare for 2 whole weeks. (hmm...should add this to the journaling on the layout.)
