POD 5/15 arthritis ball

this is the way I use the ball, as it is still morning when I took this shot I can not squeeze it as hard as if I used it alot during the day. as you see my thumb and forefinger is much stronger than the rest of my fingers. if you are squeezing it hard enough the red would show up at both ends of the ball.
