Just before the new year (2008), on a frosty Sunday morning, I drove my car down the hill to get the newspaper. The frost on our mailbox was intriguing. So I hurried back up the hill to get my camera and see what shot I could get. After painting the title alphas, I embossed them with white powder to get the same frosty effect. I was pleased with the results.

Journaling: "I've had so many good things in my life--my husband, my sons, my family, my colleagues, my health. . .I know things can't always be perfect. But whatever happens, I'll always have memories, I'll always have hope & gratitude, I'll always work & create. One fuels the other & keeps me going. "
