this is my dd Angela. I matted the pic on a Websters Page. I cut out the balloons from another page and pop dotted them. the large bird is chipboard covered in the baloon page, edged in chalk ink. The swirl is grungeboard inked with denim blue distress ink. The large baloon I used crystals for the ropes. I also used pearls on the flowers.
