I think WallFreakinMart may have done you a favor. The darkness of the photo is a great contrast to the lightness of wonderment. When I look at this layout I feel a sence of wonder myself. Your dd is beautiful in any light!
I think this turned out great, Amy! I usually have washed out pictures, so this looks great to me (but that's my cameras fault, not WalfreakingMart's! I have a very similar pic of Hannah only minutes apart from this. It apparently had the same effect on both of them!
your photgraphy is amazing. This is a gorgeous pic. The LO is unbelievable. Very simple yet completely perfect. Great job! I wouldn't change a thing! Its all about the amazing wonderment of her face!
I really love this photo of my dd at Disneyland. It was our first day in the park and this was the very first ride that we got on. The look on her face was of total wonder and amazement. I thought that the photo would look cool in B&W, but "freakin'" Walmart printed the photo WAY dark. I wasn't even going to scrap it, and it's sat in a folder for months. But tonight I decided to scrap it anyway. I used a dark background hoping that to would make the photo appear lighter. It did work a little. And if it still REALLY bugs me in the future, I guess I can always get it re-printed lighter.
