For Rylee. This card has a few 3-d elements. I used a scalloped circle punch on the pink carstock then raised it with 3-d dots. The white heart was stamped with a Stampin'Up scalloped heart stamp and punched with Stampin'Ups heart punch. I stamped the stamp again on pink cardstock and then cut out the heart and raised it with 3-dots. Then I added some Diamond Stickles for sparkle. Some puff paint dots around the scallop and topped it off with a pretty ribbon. Very simple card!
