used a cuttlebug embossing folder on sage green cardstock, then inked with distress ink, die cut a scalloped square and music note, added some Gilmmer Mist, decorative tape, then mounted it on cardstock covered with brown PP. You can't see the glimmer mist real well and the photo doesn't quite do it justice.
