Mmmm, I love funnel cakes :)
I don't really like how the journaling ended up broken up by the "Sheer Bliss" tag. I'll probably end up rewriting it anyway, since I'm not so happy with how I phrased it.
Journaling:
The Boardwalk's biggest attraction is the Giant Dipper, and its ride shows its old, wooden nature. Every time we took a curve, the whole coaster shook until I thought we'd fall off! I spent the entire ride with my head down, screaming proportionally to our angular velocity. But I still thought it was pretty fun. Joseph assures me that modern coasters are actually much smoother, and I'll be able to handle them fine. He'll make a coaster enthusiast out of me yet.
Afterwards, I insisted on proper rollercoaster food: funnel cakes! I had the option of a plastic fork, but I figured it was a losing battle anyway. There was powdered sugar EVERYWHERE: on me, on Joseph, on the car, and a train behind us wherever we went.
