1-15-10...This bird's nest has been in an Oak tree for a couple of years. It continues to cling to this branch thru all kinds of weather. I don't know what kind of a bird built it but I recognize a few of the materials it used... a blue tarp, the wind shredded...pieces of orange twine from a bale of hay....and blowing in the wind, horse hair from the tails of the neighbor's horses! ~ I used PhotoScape to back light this photo because it was quite dark. ~This nest has been identified, it belongs to a Bullock's Oriole.
